What door problems do you fix?
A lot of lock problems are really door problems. A door that sags on its hinges, rubs the frame, or slams because the closer gave out will wear a lock down. We fix the door itself: hinges, strikes, closers, pivots, and the aluminum and glass doors on avenue storefronts and lobby entrances. A closer goes on the inside of the door, and we fit it there.
Do you hang new roof and service doors?
Yes. A new steel roof or service door comes in grey primer, and we hang it in the old opening with its frame, hinges, and hardware. A roof door shows a knob on the roof side. You can paint the door after the job, or leave it in primer until you are ready.

When do you replace the whole door?
When a door is too far gone to repair, we replace it and fit the locks and hardware that go with it. We tell you plainly when a repair is the better choice.

We come out with the parts your call and your photo point to. Before we touch anything, we show you what is worn or broken and what we plan to do. When the work is done, we test every lock and key with you before we leave.
